Adam Budworth is the Managing Director of Grant Thornton Limited, a leading Channel Island practice with over 200 staff. He has a hands-on leadership style, emphasising collaboration and growth, and has tripled the workforce since 2016. Adam also leads the Business Advisory team, supporting businesses with innovative solutions.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Adam is committed to community and philanthropy. He has served as Treasurer and now President of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Outside work, he is a Mental Health First Aider, active golfer, and devoted family man.

Filip is responsible for one of DFDS’ largest business units, with full profit and loss responsibility for £61m revenue and over 4,000 employees across numerous ferry routes and ports in the UK, the continent, Scandinavia, the Baltics, and now Jersey.
Operationally, Filip oversees 20 large freight and passenger ferries and 15 ports.
Commercially, he is responsible for 1.2 million freight units and 5 million passengers annually.

Murray brings extensive experience in business, media, and politics to his role as Chief Executive. He has owned businesses, presented for the BBC, hosted TV shows internationally, and served as an Assistant Minister in Jersey’s government.

As Deputy for St Brelade and Assistant Minister (2014-2018), he managed key sectors and participated in several committees. His diverse background helps him represent Members’ interests, promote trade, and enhance the Island’s prosperity. Additionally, he has raised millions for local charities and has organised major events in Jersey.
